CPANEL-12157
Restoring an account using restorepkg results in a Default Zone being installed in the middle of the process; This is also true if --disable ZoneFile is passed.
The correct zone is eventually installed, and synced but not until after a DNS Sync of the Default zone has occurred. This can result in incorrect DNS information propagating through the DNS cluster & DNS as a whole, leading to resolution issues until the caching servers catch up
Known Issue: A defect report is open in response to reports of restorepkg creating a Default Zone, and syncing it to the DNS cluster during the restore process. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-31473. Follow this article to receive an email notification when the case is published.
